Time and Attendance Systems That Know Where Everyone Actually Is
Accurate clocking, absence tracking and payroll-ready hours, without a paper timesheet in sight.
If your idea of time and attendance is a laminated sheet by the door, we need to talk. We build time and attendance systems that record clock-ins accurately, flag absence and lateness automatically, and feed straight into payroll so nobody's guessing hours at month end. Works across sites, shifts and remote teams, and it plays nicely with whatever payroll or HR system you're already running. Twenty-five years of watching businesses lose money to timesheet errors has taught us exactly where the pitfalls are.

Expert insight
Why accurate attendance data matters more than you think
Inaccurate time and attendance data doesn't just cost you a few pounds here and there — it distorts payroll, undermines Working Time Regulations compliance, and makes workforce planning a guessing game. Most businesses only notice the scale of the problem when an audit or a payroll dispute forces the issue.
A properly built system removes the guesswork. Clocking data feeds automatically into payroll and reporting, absence patterns become visible before they become a problem, and managers stop wasting hours reconciling timesheets that should never have needed reconciling.
We build these systems to fit your sites and shift patterns, not the other way round, so adoption is quick and the data is trustworthy from day one.

Questions
Frequently asked
Can staff clock in from multiple sites?+
Yes. Our time and attendance systems are designed for multi-site UK businesses, so staff can clock in wherever they're based while managers see everything in one place. Each location can use a different clocking method — biometric, card or app — depending on what suits that site. All the data flows into the same real-time dashboard regardless of where it was recorded.
Does it integrate with our payroll system?+
Yes. Hours recorded by the time and attendance system feed straight into your payroll software, so nobody is retyping timesheets or reconciling spreadsheets at month end. That cuts out a major source of payroll errors and speeds up the whole pay run. It works whether you already use one of our HR and payroll systems or a separate package.
Can it track holiday and sickness absence?+
Yes. Holiday, sickness and lateness are all tracked automatically within the system and flagged as they happen, rather than being pieced together after the fact. Patterns become visible to managers before they become a problem, and the data feeds straight through to payroll and HR reporting. There's no manual reconciliation required.
Is biometric clocking GDPR-compliant?+
Yes. Biometric clocking data is sensitive under GDPR, so we build in proper consent processes, secure storage and strict access controls from the outset. Staff are told clearly what's collected and why, and the data is handled with the same rigour as any other personal information in the system. If biometrics aren't right for your workforce, card or app-based clocking is available instead.
Can we report on Working Time Regulations compliance?+
Yes. Working Time Regulations reporting is included as standard, giving you audit-ready records of hours worked, breaks and rest periods at the click of a button. That makes it straightforward to demonstrate compliance if HMRC or an employee ever queries it. Reports can be run by site, team or individual as needed.
