Technical Integrations That Just Work
We connect the systems you already own so data moves between them without a person carrying it by hand.
Every business ends up with a collection of software bought at different times for different reasons, and none of it talking to each other. That's not a failure on your part — it's just how businesses grow. Our job is to wire it all together properly: APIs where they exist, sensible workarounds where they don't, and clear documentation so the next person who touches it isn't starting from zero. We've been integrating systems for over 25 years, long enough to have opinions about which shortcuts age badly and which genuinely save time. We build the boring, reliable kind.
Features and benefits
What you get

API integration
We connect systems using their proper interfaces wherever they exist, for stable, maintainable links.

Legacy system support
Older systems without modern APIs still get connected, using approaches built to be robust, not fragile.

Real-time data sync
Information updates across systems as it happens, instead of via an overnight batch job.

Error handling and alerts
When something fails, someone finds out immediately rather than three weeks later.

Full documentation
Every integration is documented properly, so it's not a mystery box only one person understands.

Ongoing support
Integrations get maintained as your systems update, rather than quietly breaking and staying broken.
Expert insight
The unglamorous work that keeps everything running
Integrations rarely get budget attention until they break, at which point they get all the attention at once, usually during a crisis. Good integration work is deliberately boring: reliable, monitored, documented.
The biggest cause of integration failure isn't technical difficulty, it's neglect. Systems on both ends get updated independently and nobody checks the link between them still works.
We build integrations with monitoring and documentation from day one, so when something does eventually need attention, it's a quick fix rather than an archaeological dig.
How we do it
Six steps to implementation
- 01
System audit
We list every system in play and how data currently moves, or doesn't, between them.
- 02
Integration design
We choose the right method for each connection: API, file transfer, or something more bespoke.
- 03
Build
The integration is built and tested against real data, not a clean demo dataset.
- 04
Error handling setup
We build in alerts so failures get noticed and fixed quickly, not discovered by accident.
- 05
Go live
The integration is rolled out with a clear rollback plan in case anything needs adjusting.
- 06
Documentation and handover
You get clear documentation, not a system only we understand.

Questions
Frequently asked
What if our systems don't have an API?+
We've dealt with plenty of systems that don't, particularly older or bespoke software that predates modern integration standards. There are still reliable ways to connect them, from scheduled file transfers to more bespoke approaches, just with more care taken over error handling and monitoring. Lack of an API is rarely a reason to give up on integration; it just changes which method makes sense for your systems.
Will an integration break when we update a system?+
It can, which is exactly why we monitor integrations rather than switching them on and walking away. When one system updates, the assumptions an integration relies on can quietly stop holding true, and without monitoring nobody notices until data goes missing or mismatched. We build alerts in from the start so a broken link gets flagged and fixed quickly, as part of our ongoing support rather than an emergency call-out.
How long does a typical integration take?+
Simple, single-connection integrations can be done in days, while complex, multi-system integrations involving several pieces of business software naturally take longer to design, build and test properly. We'll audit your current setup first and give you a realistic estimate before any work starts, rather than a vague figure that changes once we're halfway through the project.
Do you support the integration after it's built?+
Yes, ongoing support is a standard part of how we deliver technical integrations, not an optional extra tacked on afterwards. We'd rather catch and fix a small issue early than deal with a major failure once your business has come to depend on the data flowing correctly. Systems on either end of an integration change over time, so ongoing attention keeps the connection reliable rather than quietly degrading.
Can you integrate cloud and on-premise systems together?+
Yes, that's a very common setup for UK businesses that have adopted cloud software over time while keeping older on-premise systems running, and it's one we've handled many times over more than 25 years. We work out the most reliable connection method for each pairing, whether that's a direct API, a secure file transfer, or a more bespoke bridge between the two environments.
